Shipping policy

BB SIGN SHOP offers made-to-order merch and desk accessories supplied by different fulfillment partners. Please review the product details, selected variant and delivery information before ordering.

Processing and delivery

Production or processing time is separate from carrier transit time. The estimate shown for your selected item and destination applies to your order. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated. We do not promise a universal shipping time for all products.

Destinations and charges

Available destinations, including Puerto Rico when supported for the selected item, and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Availability can differ between products. We do not offer worldwide delivery for every item. Taxes and any duties collected at checkout are displayed before payment. If import charges are not collected at checkout, applicable charges may be payable on delivery; review the destination requirements before ordering.

Separate packages and tracking

Items produced or stocked at different facilities may ship separately and arrive on different days. When tracking is available, we send it using the contact information provided with the order. A tracking number may take time to show its first carrier scan.

Address accuracy

Check your complete address, apartment or unit number and postal code before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you find an error. We cannot guarantee a change after production or shipment begins. If an incorrect address supplied by you causes a return, any proposed reshipping charge will be explained before you agree to it. An error made by us will be corrected at no additional shipping cost to you.

Delays and missing deliveries

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you and provide the applicable option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled portion. For missing packages or a delivery scan you do not recognize, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.

When no shipment time is stated

If no shipment time is stated when you order, we will ship within 30 days of receiving your properly completed order or contact you for consent to a delay or a prompt refund, as applicable.
