What is BB SIGN SHOP?

BB SIGN SHOP brings trading culture into everyday apparel, drinkware and printed accessories, from journals and desk pads to bags and travel pieces.

When can I order?

We release our collection in stages. Categories marked “Coming soon” do not yet have items available to purchase. Check each product page for its current availability, options and price.

How do I choose the right variant?

Review the product’s size guide, measurements, color and printed language before ordering. For phone cases, check the exact device model. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.

Are products made to order?

Many BB SIGN pieces are produced after an order is placed. Each product listing will identify its production method and available options. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

Available destinations, delivery options and shipping charges depend on the item and address and are displayed at checkout before payment. Puerto Rico is available when supported for the selected item. Items may ship separately.

Can I change an order or return an item?

Contact us promptly if you need a change. Changes may no longer be possible once production begins. Review the return terms disclosed with your purchase; your rights for damaged, incorrect or defective goods remain applicable. Contact us before sending a return.

How do I get help?

Does buying merchandise include academy access?

No. Merchandise purchases are separate from courses and creator programs. Visit the academy or our creators page to learn about those programs.
